The master bedroom

She needed to lay her head down to rest. The day had been long and hard, the boss and clients demanding. Her bedroom was her haven and the comfort it provided helped, in part, to make up for the scathing day she had just finished.

She had chosen the furnishing to fit the space--queen-sized bed, dressing table, night stand, settee, carefully-sized dresser. It was just right for her, but also was good for two. But tonight, it was just her, resting after a warm, relaxing bath in the adjoining bath.

The ceiling fan helped the comfort both by moving the air in the room and providing a little (very little) white noise. The overhead light gave way to the soft light of the nightstand lamp. The security panel glowed softly next to the walk-in closet door, giving her that sense of security and comfort as she slipped off to sleep.

In the morning, she would raise the blackout blind on the large garden window to a new morning. Her feet would touch the soft white carpet, but that could wait until morning. For now, sleep awaited.

The Master Bath--600 Rosemead Drive, Euless Texas

The master bath in this beautiful townhome is about the most comfortable room in the house.

Situated on the main floor off the Master Bedroom, the large (approximately 12x10) features a glass-enclosed shower as well as a garden tub.

Dual sinks and a full-width vanity mirror reflect the tiled floor and white-painted woodwork accents of this warm room. Beneath-the-sink storage is huge.

A separate lavatory with privacy door round out the space. Also featured is a linen closet and multizone lighting. As in the rest of the house, tall ceilings are the order of the day and make the room seem even more spacious.

Near the DFW Airport, this luxurious townhome would be ideal for airline employees or airport executives.
