To tell the truth, this estimate is about $30K too low. Not sure why Zillow low balls everything, but they do. Over the last 7 years, I've noticed that listed prices on the site are much lower than market or actual selling prices. But they do allow you to research and find information on homes.
Take a look at the broader information they provide and drop me a liune.

The Guest Bedroom
It was his haven, his lair. Sure, it was the guest bedroom, but in a pinch, it could be his office.

It was upstairs and warm and inviting. He had that large closet that could also double as his studio. And it also had a bathroom with more storage. What more could a guy ask for?
The room had high ceilings, adequate light. The access to the loft are made it a natural private space. It was big enough to hold a king-sized bed and had lots of outlets. And the doors to the hallway and into the bathroom gave it increased privacy.

The master bedroom
She needed to lay her head down to rest. The day had been long and hard, the boss and clients demanding. Her bedroom was her haven and the comfort it provided helped, in part, to make up for the scathing day she had just finished.
She had chosen the furnishing to fit the space--queen-sized bed, dressing table, night stand, settee, carefully-sized dresser. It was just right for her, but also was good for two. But tonight, it was just her, resting after a warm, relaxing bath in the adjoining bath.
The ceiling fan helped the comfort both by moving the air in the room and providing a little (very little) white noise. The overhead light gave way to the soft light of the nightstand lamp. The security panel glowed softly next to the walk-in closet door, giving her that sense of security and comfort as she slipped off to sleep.
In the morning, she would raise the blackout blind on the large garden window to a new morning. Her feet would touch the soft white carpet, but that could wait until morning. For now, sleep awaited.
